The real way you can tell this gang is...No Girls!
So, ya, since all the guards are that gang the guy this morning probably got the keys from them...but they were probably told to by another gang member at woodgreen...but they too have keys, so maybe it was...her...who just gave him the keys.
So, what you have is a bunch of people running around with master keys, elevator key, which does go to the roof, but I was just going up there foe a smoke and to look at birds, honest, didn't go near the generator or flood the elevator rood motor, but no Ines sure cuz there's no cameras on the rood or elevators so maybe I helped another guy out who didn't have a key ...
The whole city and every dangerous person you can imagine has the mater key, elevator key, roof access, etc.
The security company needs to secure all keys and lock them out to escort anyone who needs them...after they soend a couple of hundred thousand re keying the entire building.
Or you can buy a security camera and central monitoring.
