Christie ossingtion staff who don't have licenses and probably can get them abuse the clients abd others like guards and cleaners.
They slao are involved in the barcotics trade here and are suspect of covering that up or if a staff member abuses a client. They just cover it up. Didn't see anything nice video recording and no checking, including police.
So, site manager blames all clients when no investigation is done. It could be anybody.
