Its overstaffed. You could lose 90% of the staff and save a fortune. Get rid of Christie Ossington. They're nothing special. Employees off the street no resume checks background checks, etc.

Talked to licensed guard about 'wellness checks,' forced entry, narcotics gangs and wellness checkers replacing cops doing forced entries,new form for use of force, etc.
