It's a criminal act to begin with and only cops can do this and they have procedures...but the staff here have no background checks cuz they have convictions that prelude them from being anywhere in this building...and they all prescribe to unsafe and illegal narcotics trade and use here...another criminal acts that have killed clients...so it's cuz of the crimes that they commit more crimes to play pretend authorities,Iike cops, and the clients have to put up with their crimes and abuses or it's your food and shelter get the fuck out...buy and use drugs with some sex in their and it's your ticket to housing...why vulnerable people aren't toys for criminals second, third, etc. chances cuz they'll just abuse and commit more crimes harming the clients they're supposedly helping...
