I had noticed a stairwell light was out and that's when she responded. I told her I was killing time before lunch, then told maintenance I'd been caught noticing critical lighting.

I'm sure she's bonded, but I doubt she has a PI or guard license. Maybe I'll ask her.

Maybe she thinks she's special. If they have license I can complain to ministry. Can't without one.

I'm assembling the scooter, which is cool. As long as I go slow I'll be fine. It's super portable, so whatever happens I've got transport.
