But they insist on a narcotics trade and use hotel, refuse yearly background checks and security licensing.
It's impossible to fix criminally behaviors. Esp using security equipment for illegal and unsafe forced entries.
They'll never change cuz criminal is what they are; keeping the other gang out is just for amusements....
