Okay, Viewing Surveillance Footage

Let's say a staff member stole the pulled pork or other commercial grade food pouches.

Probably happened before.

Then, a staff member, not a supervisor since there apparently aren't any a majority of the time(it would normally be lien on weekends), might ask a guard to view the surveillance footage to see who it was.

The staff member would pick a member of her gang to help, not an outsider, although most guards are in her gang, view.

This us not how security works. The guards would have to be viewing the surveillance equipment full time and then make a decision as to who.

It's Luke nit recording in you log book every twenty minutes, third party, objective. The guard might write up one event picking a target, maybe someone unpopular with staff  when that event happens all the time and the guard doesn't record it. Like, 'wellness checks' he might record one out of a dozen during an hour when he is obligated to record all these forced entries, parties, outcomes, etc. and fill out a four page use of force document for the province. It's nit objective record keeping  its selective and, often, recorded from memory after the events...

So, same with the surveillance camera,  door loggers, etc. viewing.

This makes the guard inadmissable and what the victim says goes....that can lead to tens of thousands of dollars...criminal charges, etc.

So goes the lunch....
