They were looking in cars and I doubt they're PI. They're probably just simple thieves cuz they looked in every car.
So, in walmart all the guards are gone. I doubt they were ever on the cameras. Probably walmart too. No licenses and...
The thieves are gang pals...saying we know there's no uniforms. Maybe we can make a deal.
They own some guard companies...without licenses... just like the gang prefers.
