Dog or Baby

So, I was driving the speed limit while a guy with the dog was staring at me ignoring the bicyclist behind him going 40+ kilometers an hour going thru two stop signs. Could have the killed the dog and hurt him.

Then a minute

te later a couple with a baby in carriage was almost hit by anther bicyclist going 40+ kometers per hour. Dog.

Both out of bike lanes speeding past signs they know are there.

I guess it'll be something like that for activist to do something....
