Hate Crime

Not sure how to prove this, but did they have any information on her before they lit her on fire.

one problem of not having diversity is that one main gang is in charge and they have particular hate for certain outsiders.

This can put one person in jeopardy with hundreds, thousands, of others at, say, a walmart.

Or law enforcement. Security is considered law enforcement. One company may have a record of one gang and little or no diversity. Hate crimes are much more likely.

Crime is also more likely when they have no license as they already know they're breaking the law and this may be part of other goals of the gang. They're much more likely to break the law.
