Pull into intersection, stop, turn on blinker so everyone knows you must turn or no one moves... encourage other traffic to pull into intersection too so, if a cop sees this highly illegal shit there's more than one moron.
Hit horn and tailgate cuz you won't exceed speed limit to race to a red stoplight everyone can see.
Same with people crossing at intersections cuz everyone knows there's no massive ticket for not waiting until they are safely on the sidewalk. Honk and tailgate more if it's a double baby carriage.
