So, it would be a guy on a motorcycle and a chase car. The biker would come by before closing, pick up the cash, hit some other places and deposit.
All under the table. No licenses. Which brings us to narcotics supply, buys and delivery.
They could be clients of the narco hotel gang and that's why they closed.
The middle men could be bikers from high park. It would make sense that they'd be involved on motorcycles and shifty business speeding around in the middle of the night.
Most have cars they take to high park, but recently there's been more taking bike lanes to the park. Maybe they don't like having their cars identified or don't have licenses.
This is criminal activity more than cash handling. High Park they've made clear they're hard core criminals.
For some reason most disappeared. Maybe they had dates... courtesy of the narco hotel...and deliveries.
