Alberta airport is having problems with the security company cuz, well, they're under provincial investigation and probably globally, like EU, etc.
So, provincial ministries need to talk to each other to contribute international narcotics gang activity, etc.
If a security company is investigated in Ontario chances are they are doing the same thing as Toronto airport, Alberta airports, Vancouver, etc.
Ideally the provincial ministries of safety and security can form a committee, like OIG in US, to share investigations of security companies that operate globally...
Foreign investigations, like EU, into security companies can also be coordinated through the committee..
