So, if the bikers get what they want, like handicapped vehicles banned, vehicles, special race track times, races, betting, cabs, etc. by breaking laws...
It makes perfect sense to use the park to get permanent housing. It jeopardizes the public far less and uses the land as intended.

The only reason this isn't done is the cops little helpers, the ones the law doesn't apply to, do the enforcement for them.
Encampment will fight and beat those.
The land is indigenous and there's no right ro evict them.
It's a land claim whether it be in vehicles, bikes, on foot.
