If your a criminal you probably already have one.
The news says they've zeroed in on the corrupt, the gang.
So, is the province passing on pressing charges blaming the city?
The province controls security officer licensing. It is gated to find those who don't have licenses and prosecute them.
Narco is one of the big no's to getting license.
The narco corruption is part of this.
So many laws were broken that they have to press charges.
Victims should be notified and allowed to participate. If that's not wanted they should see a lawyer and sue. Loss of money is the best way to stop criminals.
My answer is to the fullest extent of the law and civil court.
They were going to kill me anyway...first rule of security officers.
