They were speeding 2× the speed limits.
Maybe it's not just slip & fall training...
But their excuse is illegal racing, stunt driving, so all scams flow from this illegal activity.
The camera switch appears to be in the center of the chest and they both did it at the same time they saw a baby in one of those bikes.
