In Canada thet still say this. It's a convict. He calls you this cuz they got caught, again, as criminals do.

So, he's saying he's a convict.

I'm pretty sure he was yelling at me as he yelled twice as he lapped going well over twice the speed limit passing two young children and their mom out to enjoy morning fresh air.

And someone may have taken a page from the convict slip and fall manual and stepped out...
