This has basically no plate on it. The pickup behind it was also part of the backup for the illegal tow truck/tow/theft.
I began video here cuz they weren't coming at me to make friends.
The first car told me to mind my own business...
The first car looks stolen. The pick up in not sure but he had plates and didn't bother not leaving me alone later.
