Two bolts on top and two bolts on bottom. They go into thr container. It's not that thick. So, maybe they own it and wanted it to vent or they don't suddenly when there's a fire, explosion, etc. stuff that needs oxygen or whatever.
These illegal posted...you can just mount signs to whatever...cite private property codes and laws and threaten damage and removal of others' property.
Looks like the steel tie guy om weekends are mad they got busted for drugs by the container and took the sign to heart damaging a skaters car...leaks fluid.
He parked on their turf too early....
