I went to where I usually go for water and found this:

It looks like a camera and even tho it looks crap it looks onto the street and where the bicyclists always speed and don't stop for stop signs.

Ideally it's for that, but the season's over  so it's an agreed late install probably arranged by the city councilor criminal lawyer who's run this gang for decades cleaning out 'undesirables.'

Mayor's looking around parks closely cuz too many people have been banned from them like the one just north of here.

Complete cleanout, even the little cripple scooters that can't go up the hills around the park...not to mention no parking or facilities or winter weather....
