Rarely too much traffic on Dupont.
One reason condos are wanted and they'll have underground parking.
Etobicoke has a gym there in a new mini mall and supermarket. It's real nice, but all of etobicoke is gang claimed, which means you really can't buy there.
The company that building these condos is Italian, same as the company that built a huge mall there, but it's gone etobcje, so they put in housing around it.
Another development out there is having gang problems, but they're probably not Italian.
