There appeared to be a tennis shoe and some clothes. Then, I thought maybe there's somebody in them.
There was, so I didn't approach and talked a lot. He began moving, so after checking for holes I walked him up to the mall entrance and told him he could get help from the gym, etc. He decided to stay near the entrance.
It looked like he got dumped at 5:30am and the cab...and later his tow pal...could have been casing the place.
Bad fare? Once they're in you've assumed responsibility for him.
Getting them out can be tough, but you can't just dump him at 24 hour gym.
Hope he's okay.
