Using More Barriers Not For That Purpose

They've taken the park trash cans and put them up for barriers on the parking they've claimed.

It looks more like a do not use this park exit entrance.  It's the only way to shop unless your walking way around or driving needing more parking.

Million+ homes on the other side prefer to walk to shop or families using the park.
