These gang members invariably break rules and laws, like cooking 8 balls, using heroin, having female family and friends smuggle H & O to them for desemination to the transpo males like cabs, cars, truck rentals etc. Airport, airport guards, guard companies bought to launder money(they never have licenses ... those get them fired), houses for same dealing and using by chosen outsider gang, etc.

If they try to kick them out by moving in 'family' and friends,etc. they just squat. They're numbers of gang members in this tower. All gang no outsiders. Moving east from Dufferin as they've always planned just ask the tow trucks and police.
