Security Doing 'Special Watchs' On Tenants...

This seems to be the case. St. Hilda's management works for this tower and probably the other two under a different building operator corporate name. They then hired Woodgreen to manage without a contract now, both, towers and they hired the  security company to secure both towers, which they've laid claim to with, apparently, no contracts.

The security company is just doing what St Hilda's did, then hid behind Woodgreen who hid behind the security company.

All this is illegal. Tenants have leases, access, etc. from the building operator company. These other companies can and have been rejected by tenants. No accounts, keys, surveillance, access to lease information, etc.

No. All these companies ignore no and break the law with abuse, identity theft, financial abuse, security abuse, etc.

They will simply continue to abuse tenants because they can and have for many years.
