Our hot water shut off happened right then too and the biggest suspects are the people who work theresince they have master keys that are unaccounted, no third party security...they declare themselves all this.

The fire years ago they shut off power, condemning it, and it was sold and the residents moved.
That's why accounts tell you to buy insurance. Here you have to buy an identity theft rider too because insurance and accounts know them.
Whatever happens the abused are better off away. Anyone can tell you that.
Until then; it's report to authorities and secure yourself for the inevitable and repeated abuse.
