Others are services, contractors, like hygiene, bug treatments, etc. that don't happen, but may appear as a cost, service, that a management company may claim to perform, but doesn't or have no training,ice sine, etc to do.
Most common is security, which often gets pocketed by the management company, but hygiene, sanitation, etc. are a close second.
The management company wants no licensed security and claims to be it.....cuz they're convicts.🤷♂️😆
