Apparently, they may have said something like the treatments for the towers would cost more; like going into walls.

There's no accounting for the six+ months Woodgreen let the towers infest. The person in charge of finance hasn't accounted for all that treatment money. He may just have pocketed it and/or said he had Woodgreen handle it, lol ke the guards.

Guards we have only one working nights. We're probably paying for more guards, but Woodgreen Security Unit handles security pocketing the security money like the hygiene money.

The board knows all this and looks the other way. It's stealing and the guy in charge of the money appears to be a gangbanger insisting a group of young men get paid.

The appliance inspection turned out to be an energy audit and half of those were wearing security uniforms from a security company..probably how the money guy accounted for the guard money....once again a group of young men.

So, ehhyalll the security and hygiene issues? Woodgreen is stealing the money.

So, since everyone in Woodgreen practices security without a license, like security cameras, keys to homes,access to fobs, keeps files on all tenants; this may be the answer.

Today, I had a security issue, so I spoke to Matt the part time concierge. He told mei was a nutbar and to go away. This is because the security issue is with one of his Woodgreen pals.

It's more horrific than that. He doesn't think twice about it and kind of laughs and is dismissive on some nasty crime. He helps the victimizer. It's called a participant. Like driving the get away car.....

I think this is how the "Woodgreen Security Unit" works sending their weekend when there's no security thugs to interfere coming to doors demanding answers under "welfare check."

No, they don't have security licenses, etc. and only Toronto police can do welfare checks.

These are dangerous because they have master keys to those they interfere with as well as security equipment access to surveillance audio and video, fobs, etc.

So, they use the same thugs and then dismiss them under probation. They do have lists, which are identity theft and trading in identities as Woodgreen has no accounts or involvement in my person or property, lease, etc.

They lie about all this of course....

And I just found out they run a shelter....of my god!
